These are the presets used by the Ecchi Bouncy Girls and Gigapig's Gainaxing mods for the original game (credit to the authors), the values are as follows:
Compared to the original file there are a few more entries in SRTTR in customization_items.xtbl, and also the inclusion of dlc4_customization_items.xtbl which includes and overrides about 75% of the entries in the main non-dlc table.
To Install:
Inside the attached zip file are the presets, copy the one you prefer (includes 4 *.xtbl files) to SRTTR root folder, if unsure select the Spring 10 package.
IMPORTANT: This will install the mod partially (25%) because dlc#_customization_items.xtbl (dlc2, dlc3, dlc4) will not be loaded from a file inside the root folder if these are present inside any of the *.vpp_pc packages.
The only workaround I found that works is to modify the 4 packages that interfere using a hex editor, there are 6 references that need to be edited out:
Suits / Outfits such as the Werewolf or upper body parts such as Three Top Counter won't work without this, the Music Junkie top works without this for example.
Alternatively I leave attached an xDelta patch file, but it doesn't include the executable:
1 - Download the last xDelta realease (xdelta-3.1.0-x86_64.exe) from GitHub unzip and copy into the same folder as the unzipped xDelta patch from this thread
2 - Move everything into the "cache" folder of SRTTR
3 - Run "3.Apply Patch-Windows.bat" if successful it will create a folder named "PATCHED_FILES_WILL_BE_HERE_COPY_TO_CACHE_FOLDER" with the patched files inside
4 - Copy those files back to the "cache" folder, the original files are automatically moved to a folder named "old"
My apologies for not finding a less convoIuted way to do this. I can provide a single file *.exe patcher that does all that above easier with a GUI, but I am not sure if it's against rules, and it could also cause problems with some antivirus (report false positive)
