Break Out Of The Simulation(Mission) BUG HELP!!!!!!!

So, Im playing Saints Row 4 on PC and I got this mission and when I want to start it the game freezes

unfortunately not
i bought it in my city game shop

Unfortunately for you, all versions of Saints Row on PC require Steam to function.
