And some of sr2's game mechanics? If it is impossible, or this doesn't interest you, feel free to ignore it; it would be helpful if you could explain if and why it wouldn't work.
 
I'm sure there are some features that could be implemented... but there's going to be more than a few things that just wouldn't work due to differences in the game engines. Just beginning to attempt this would almost surely have to wait for the SDK to arrive. Right now we're pretty much limited to editing/tweaking the existing game files.
 
Is there anywhere I can read about this SDK? I took a quick skim across the forum and read something about it, but other than that, I'm a little uninformed.
 
I can see so far that they haven't thought about bringing back the idle animations and the sort of easter eggs you could find from Saints Row 2, and since this should all be speculative, I believe that I can't confirm some of the features I requested to be true.
