Broadened Wheel Limits

I'm currently working on a mod quite similar to this one. Basically, I'm broadening the size & width limits of tires.

I messed around in the tweak_tables earlier and made it so peds would launch out of their windshields to almost any amount of force. This, combined with your mod, makes for hilarious results when the wheels end up being small on their cars, because the game counts it as a collision when they go a little too fast XD

I don't mind if the guy who created the unlimited super powers mod doesn't mind >.> because it's that user's mod, and I just fucked around in it for a long time until I got that. But I suppose I can upload it just here and not as an official "here's a mod!" thing

Also... I fucked around in these files, too >.> I made all the vehicles REALLY light, and I damn near died laughing watching the NPCs struggle to drive XD I swear some of them just up and got out of their cars as if to say "Fuck it! I'm walking!"

So much comedy gold in this mod.
EDIT: This time done properly. I went and grabbed a fresh, unmodded version of tweak_table.xtbl, changed the values myself, put in a readme, and zipped it up. Hopefully it's up to code >.>
