Bug: Rectifier before and after upgrade behaving the same.

So, the Rectifier from straight out the gate from being unlocked is going up things and launching people into the stars (or vaporizing them immediately under a low ceiling.
After dropping 50,000 cache on the upgrade.. it is still acting exactly the same. No explosions, different effects or otherwise.

Also, not sure if this is a bug, but all I can do with is spin in place and launch people up at a fixed angle
 
It certainly seems to launch people vertically up for me into the sky with no real ability to aim. They just shoot straight up into the sky. I'd use it more often if you could aim them like with TK. It has never caused them to float in place like the video though. I guess what is supposed to happen is somewhere in between?

You can't aim except for choosing the direction.
