[BUG] Saints Row IV - Issue At End Of Game

Warning, there are spoilers here for the final mission of Saints Row IV.


At the very end of "Punch The Shark" when you defeat Zinyak, when you pull of his head another copy of the object stays with your character through the end cutscenes and even the suprise cutscene after the credits.

It's happened to me on two playthroughs but I don't remember it happening on my first so I think it was a fairly "recent" problem.

Introduced with the modding patch. It's listed on the known issues sticky on the Steam forums, and we're looking into it.
 
Any update on when this issue might be fixed???
