Bugs I've encountered (game/script engine)

I've already sent this off to techsupport at deepsilver dot com, but I figured I'd post it here to get feedback and to see if anyone else is having these issues.

1. Ever since I picked up Audio File 02 for Keith David, it plays every time I load my save file.
2. I have Fire 4 unlocked, which is supposed to prevent fire damage, but I still catch fire, spin around, and lose slight health (Fire 3 seems to be working at least)
3. My XP level is 52. I don't even know how. The progress stopped at 50 as expected from previous SR, but after completing one of the side quests (sorry, don't remember which one), it suddenly said 52. I did not notice a 51.

Also, where are the save files stored? I asked DS but I know you guys know. I could attach the save file so you can see the issues for yourself, if I'm the only one.

Voice previews do not work at Image as Designed, for any of the Personality submenus.

Edit: Crap, just noticed the bug report section. My bad. Can a mod/admin move this please? Sorry.

You should be able to find the save files here: Steam\userdata\XXXXXXXX\206420\remote\
XXXXXXXX is a random number that represents your steam-account.
