BUG''THE GIRL WHO HATE 50S''

In the main quest ''The girl who hates 50s'' when I destroy cids and disable the shield and then I want to disable the satellite,I can't.because when I hold E the progress of disabling doesn't finish and it starts again and again ... .can someone plzz help me.it's so weird. I have restarted the game but no result. plz help me.

just forget it.I uninstalled my game.now if you can help me find my savegames.I didn't find them in documents(win 7).
