Camera Zoom-Out while driving. Custom radio station

I have searched everywhere for a mod which will have the camera zoomed out while driving, because the way the default is is making me sick, the camera is way too close to the car. can someone give me a link to such a mod?

Also, I'd like to know if there is a mod for a custom radio station, I found a thread here in the forum how to mod it myself, but there's like 20 steps to do it and i got lost on step 3. Never modded anything myself before and don't understand half of the lexicon in the instructions. Is there a simple mod which i can just download and drag my mp3 files in a folder to have them play on a radio station in-game? kinda like they have in GTA, just drag your files into a folder and they play on the radio.
 
Gentlemen of Steelport contains an FOV mod that zooms out the camera for both on-foot and driving. Check the sticky in the mod release subforum.

The only way to have custom music is to follow the tutorial. There is no such thing as a simple tool like you're asking for.
