Can anyone combine some mods for me?

I wanted to download some mods to be ready for when I'm finished my Saints Row 2 playthrough and move onto 3, but modding Saints Row 3 is a lot harder than modding 2 and some of the mods conflict with each other, I tried following corrodias' merging guide but I couldn't quite follow it.

The mods I want to combine are the following

A Bit More Layering by L'Andromada (Steelport Gangs DLC Fixes)

Cutscene TV by nclok1405

Extended Customization v1.2 by mrturkleton

Extended Taunts v1.4 by shitface

Additional Sliders By Moff

No depth of field by Fan Of Saints

Customize any vehicle plus wardrobe color changer by IdolNinja

NPC behaviour and spawn mod by shitface

Reasonable Body Slider Mod by Siofna

Sandbox+ - Things To Do In Steelport Edition by Fan Of Saints

Alternate Times of Day & Weather by shitface

SR3 Texture Mod by BelgianWaffle

Tank Radios v3 by IdolNinja

Mission Replay Mini v0.4 by nclok1405

Big Hat Restrictions Removed by IdolNinja

Steelport Gangs DLC fixes - now with earring morph fix! by Knobby

SuperUI for SRTT Classic v1.7 by nclok1405

Extra Rims by wobatt

I hope this isn't too much to request, and if it's against the rules of the forum I will gladly take this post down.

Damn, I didn't think there was still a demand for Big Hat Restrictions Removed. I didn't add a compatibility patch for it since it would have been just too much work to add yet another mod to the list, and to me it's not as important as those I have included.
Tell you what, try using Hikari's file instead of Big Hat Restrictions Removed, it should work out of the box, and if it doesn't I'll make a compatibility patch for you, between A Bit More Layering and Big Hat Restrictions Removed.

For the rest of the mods however I'm not gonna be able to help, simply because many use files that I have no experience with. Although you should know that many of the mods you've listed here are already compatible by default. Basically in most cases, if two mods don't have any files in common, then they are compatible with each other.
Now the best thing you can do if no one is willing to make that mega patch for you is downloading these mods and simply looking at which files they use. You can then assume that those using the same files are incompatible with one another, then you'll have to make a choice. But you should still be able to get most mods listed here working together.

Couple other things you should know:
-expect clipping when using the extreme morphs of Reasonable Body Slider Mod alongside some combinations in A Bit More Layering
-Extended Taunts v1.4 is indeed the most stable version of the mod but even then, it still goes over the limitations of the game which creates a visual bug with hair (although it isn't game breaking), I thought about making a lite version of this mod, but I still haven't gone around to it
-before using No depth of field you should check display.ini in the SRTT root folder change LightingDetail from whatever it is to 3 (ultra-high), this option can't actually be toggled in game, and it should remove the DoF without havng to use an additional mod

I've tried using most of the mods together, but for some reason when I was testing it out once I got to the character creator my character turns completely invisible if I select a female character, I plan on playing as a male character so this isn't a big deal but I feel like if I'm encountering issues this early I could run into bigger, more game breaking issues down the road.

Edit: Managed to fix the invisible character bug with a fresh install and putting the mods back in.
