Can fix call by cell phone homies dont attack while standing even Boss get attack?

in mission, of course pierce,shaunde,viola........ homies can attack.
but not during mission call by cellphone friends dont attack even get attack.
i really hate this. normal saints minions of course can attack. but cellphone friends are so stupid dont attack. only ride in car can attack. can repair this?
