i kinda had this idea for a really cool mod for saints row 2 like a super hero mod where u run at super speed and have super strength along with flight also maybe a dbz/naruto mod would be awesome plz and thx !
can some one make like a super power mod plz ?

Nobody is a Modding god here, those things would consume time and maybe are impossible to do, those kind of "do this and that plzzzzz and also that plz" requests don't work here
