can someone make it so that you can fly?

i mean seriously,cops are at your back you have no where to run...except up.just fly,fly,and fly. dont care if it looks weird and is it even legal?
 
There are multiple "flight" mods on this site. I don't remember the one that allows for super-fast flight, but Idolninja has put up on that allows you to skydive forward very quickly, but with some drop.
The other mod has almost zero drop, and you fly very fast. Try googling superman flight mod for Saints Row 3.

A mega jump like in GTA SA is not really possible in Saints Row for the moment. The flying is, as already stated in a reply above mine.
