Can't change anything in "tweak_tables"?

I've tried to go into it using notepad, changing any value at all leads the game to crash. Am I doing it wrong? I have never tried to do any modding in this game yet beyond the custom radio stations .-.

It makes that much of a difference? Okay, I'll try it (note that I'm trying to change some superpower values).

EDIT: Well I don't know what magic notepad++ has over notepad but it worked >.>

It did for me. I originally tried editing that table with Notepad and had the same problem until I switched to Notepad++ and it the edits then worked perfectly.
