Can't convert xml to asm

I wanted to edit asm files because i wanted to edit some models so i used vpkg_wd tool to convert items_containers, items_preload_containers and main_streaming_weapons to xml but when i try to convert them back to asm, it does nothing. The xml files are not converted to asm and no new files is created . Please i need help .
 
What exactly are you running to try to convert the XML files back into ASM files?
