Can't find Vanilla.vpp_pc file to start .xtbl modding.

I was reading the excellent modding tutorial here: http://www.saintsrowmods.com/forum/threads/saints-row-the-third-modding-basics.597/ and it said that i need to find one of my vanilla.vpp_pc files and extract it using Gibbed Tools. But, i could not find any file named Vanilla.vpp_pc anywhere in my SR3 Dir. I searched everywhere for another way to "obtain" or "locate" these files. Can anyone help me? Any help will be appreciated!

"Vanilla" is just a term that is synonymous with "original." There is no actual file called vanilla.vpp_pc. It means extract one of your original unmodded archives. That's all.
