can't register at saintsrow.com

I have a problem by registering (like the title says) on the saintsrow.com forum.
My problem is that no matter what i choose as username it says that it is already taken or smaller than 3 characters.
All other points like e-mail address and password are working.

I remember having a similar issue with that site, it took me like over a whole year for my account to become officialized (literally). From my experience, I just kept on trying to make a new account with my email until something actually came to my inbox. I think it might be a bit more than just a minor problem, though I ain't exactly sure. Wish I could give help, but I don't exactly know why this issue exists. Wish wish for best of luck to you.

but do you know if there is an other possibility to successfully register there?
maybe through sending an email or let someone else register me?

Community features are down while we work on fixing the site. That includes account creation for some people.

Considering the scope of the issue, we can't reach out to every person having issues. I would suggest keeping an eye on our social media. We'll be posting on our facebook, twitter, tumblr, and this site as well.

Well, i doesn't mend something like a personnel e-mail or something like that, i mend something like a thread where is only written if the problem solved or like an automated e-mail, but i have no problems with checking twitter some times. and thanks for those quick replies.

i am also having a similar issue except for i created my account before the website is broken and now it wont let me log in to my account every time i put in my password keeps saying invalid and i tried changing it but it still said invalid.
