Could someone make a cape, like Admixon's Dracula cape mod in SR4? It's really cool to have it separate from other clothing (under backpacks), and if possible please add the choice of having the cape in different colors. Thanks!

That would also do, honestly, I love the cape addition to SR4 and I think it'd look even better in SR3.

i think the funtime outfit had a cape.
