Car Customization Bugs

Rather than freezing, I seem to get a similar "freeze" when selecting colour types, or rim types, or tred types. I can't scroll through the items, but I can go back out. I.E. the menu is frozen but the game isn't, as I can still move through the menus just fine.
 
I also get the freezing when selecting colors, but not for every car. Didn't have this problem originally, but since the update it happens 100 percent of the time with the Phoenix.
 
I recommend using Mini's tools. I had this issue as well, as have many others; it is referred to as an "infinite loading screen" most of the time, but I have had it happen when not in a loading screen of any kind. I haven't had it happen since I used the aforementioned tools.
