Cell Shading Mod

I personally think that it would be great for saint's row 2 to make a nod a mod that make everything for the most part cell shaded. If you aren't familiar with what cell shading is, it's the rendering effect that was used in XIII(Thirteen),or in the borderlands games to make it look like it came out of a comic book or a cartoon as some may say.
