Is there any chance to change the slot of any the button-up shirts to the undershirt slot? Preferably the dress shirt with the tie and bow tie. I would love to be able to have a dress shirt, waistcoat/vest and a suit jacket on my character. Hope it is possible and thanks for reading.

It is possible, but it won't look very good. The buttoned shirts will clip with the other Overshirts heavily. The best solution would be to move the Vests to a Miscellaneous Category, but even then they will clip with most other Coats once your character starts running around again.
I have already implemented Waistcoats this way in M2M. I have also created a Flag system so they can only be worn with coats which don't clip with them. The Waistcoats can be worn over Overshirts and under Coats to create a three-piece suit.
