Changing Homie Weapon Skins/ Swapping Cop One Homie with Ultor Masako

Hey! Two things I need help with. I want to replace the cop one homie with an Ultor Masako dude.

Now the second thing I need help with is homie weapon skins. I don't like the default semi auto shotgun skin Kinzie equips, so I'd like her gun skin to be the ION Blaster instead of that disgusting looking street sweeper skin.

I'm f**king clueless,so a tutorial would be noice.
Can someone help me...please.
