Changing weapon sounds, possible and how?

So, is there a way I can extract the weapon sounds and then change them to whichever I want?

If so, how? Is there any tutorial for it?

Maybe probably. The custom radio station guide is probably a good place to start for the process. i.e. unpacking->converting->wwise->repacking:

I'm looking at the extracted sounds.vpp_pc, and I think that's probably the one you want. There are quite a few weapon audio banks (.bnk_pc files.)

So, the "sounds.vpp_pc" is where I can find the weapon sounds, and a "how to change them" is somewhat just like the "custom radio station guide"
