Clothing Layers Visible

Is there any way to enable clothing layers to always be visible? For example, wristbands with certain outfits, necklaces, underwear, etc.? A lot of items of clothing hide these parts when they should be visible based on the position of the body.
 
Look through the customization_items.xtbl

You'll see sections where certain clothing items are set to obscure other clothing items.
That is what you'll need to edit.
 
I do see "Obscured_VID", but I'm not sure if that is what obscures or not. Can you please be more specific. I do not have any experience modding SRIV, so this is all new to me. I appreciate the pointers.
 
I'm not sure what you'll need to edit, I just know that's part of what you'll need to do to accomplish what you want.
 
Well, I thought I had figured it out, based on the section under "Wear_Options" and deleting certain VID IDs, but that didn't seem to be it and usually just made my character invisible. So I'm not really sure where to go from here.

I would appreciate input from someone who has experience with this particular aspect of the XTBL.
