Clothing texture fixes for SRTT?

I dunno about you, but a lot of the clothing textures resemble something you'd see on sweat pants. They look too thread-y, especially the dress shirt, and when's the last time one looked like a pair of sweat pants? Maybe even port some of the textures and clothing from SRIV to SRTT.
