Combining Piercing Items

Hey all, hopefully someone reads this, I know there are a million other "requests", most pretty stupid. Anyways, just wondering how difficult it would be at present to combine some of the different facial piercings together into one item, so you could have more at the same time. For example, the lip ring and septum piercing. Is it even possible yet? If it is, someone can just point me in the right direction and hopefully I can figure it out for myself.
