Completed Challenges - No reward & Signed Int Overflow

Kinzie states under Complete All Other Challenges: "Total mastery of all aspects of the simulation will let you take strength directly from other virtual life!"

With all 66 challenges completed no reward or change is bestowed. I don't know if the bug to below is to blame or simply a harmless visual anomaly.

Little odd to complete all 66 challenges and watch the counter/bar tell me I need to max out all 31 bits to be finished.

I got that too, though there is no actual listed reward other than cache and xp, which is given, and 100% completion. Kinzie's blurb is just "flavor".
