Crash at address 0x00b895c3 in module SaintsRowIV.exe

I'm on my second single-player playthrough, and can't complete the "King of Stilwater" mission. I've tried playing through it eight or nine times tonight, and the screen usually freezes during the mission while the music continues to play. A couple of times, though, the game has crashed at the end of the mission at the transition from gameplay to the final cutscene.

I have tried removing all of my installed mods, updating my graphics card driver, rebooting my PC, lowering the graphics to the lowest setting, and running at a lower resolution, but nothing has helped. I am at my wits end, and any assistance you could provide would be appreciated. Thanks!

EDIT: Okay, I've tried running both in full-screen and in a window at various resolutions, I've tried using a different monitor, I've made sure both DirectX and my graphics card drivers are up-to-date, I've tried running Steam in both online and offline mode, and it just keeps freezing, usually after leaving the church but before Big Tony shows up. It has frozen as early as finding the shrine with all the candles, and as late as when Tanya shows up at the end with her posse. Only twice have I gotten far enough for it to crash entirely before the ending cutscene. I'm seriously bummed out here. Once the patch was released that fixed the other patch, I was really having fun until this started happening.
