Crashing in co-op after about 1-5 minutes.

So this is a problem only my partner has. We can join each others games no problem, but after about 1-5 minutes of playing the game just crashes for him, no error message. It crashes during just simple free roaming. The save files doesn't seem to be the issue either. Single-player works just fine for him. We've gone through ALL the threads on the steam forums and the ones on this page, but we haven't found a fix for this nor have we found someone that has this exact issue. We have both reinstalled the games with identical mods. This error first popped up two days after we begun playing and at first the game worked just fine, we have no idea what might have caused it and he can't seem to find any changes he made. Help us good people of saintsrowmods.com, you're our only hope. Thanks in advance!

P.S: We're both using Windows 7 64-bit.
 
We are using powertools, went ahead and try the more stable one and the one that does auto detection. The problem remains.

Are you 100% sure that both players have it installed and configured correctly? Because that symptom is almost certainly timing related.
 
I'm just gonna assume that the beta version didn't work properly for us then, but I think we might have done the stopwatch test wrong earlier on, so we'll look into that as soon as we can. Thanks for all your support so far!
 
Finally got around to fixing the speed with the stopwatch test done correctly, but the game still crashes for him.
