Crashing in Customization Menus - Address 0xc0000005 - Module SaintsRowIV.exe

As the title states, I am getting frequent crashing in customization (store or character) menus. Only takes a few minutes of keying through menus before I get a frozen screen, my normal GUI cursor appears and I can only exit the game. This can be reproduced with regularity, so I would be happy to configure crash dump logging if it is required. Each instance of the behavior takes place offline.
