Crashing issues after installing mod

I am having trouble getting mods not to crash the game at startup. I have been using the additional cheats mod for about a week or so and had no issues with it. Yesterday I installed the Iron Man mod and then when I tried to start the screen would go black and then the game would minimize to the taskbar and not open.

I uninstalled the mod and still the same problem. I then uninstalled the additional cheats mod, still crashes. I uninstalled SR4 and reinstalled it, now it starts up. But when I change the game back to full screen it crashes again. So now I am running in a borderless window at 1080 for it to work. I tried to install the additional cheats mod again, now it crashes on startup again. Tried deleteing the mod, still crashes on startup. Had to uninstall the game again and reinstall it to get it to run.

Any ideas on what's going on?
