Crashing w/ High Settings

Using the auto-detected, in-game settings (everything maxed out) results in a total system crash after approximately 10-20 minutes of gameplay. There is an entry in Windows Event Viewer:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000116 (0xfffffa8012c4f180, 0xfffff880055dd6bc, 0xffffffffc000009a, 0x0000000000000004). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 083113-39468-01.

What happens is the screen will either go blank, or turn all one color (e.g. depending on the scene, it could go all red, or all white, etc), whatever was in the audio buffer at the time will repeat endlessly, and I'm forced to power off/reset the PC.

The card (EVGA GTX670 Model:02G-P4-2670-KR) does not seem to be overheating, as the temperature never goes beyond about 60C. Additionally, if I bring the settings down enough, I can play for hours on end without any crashing whatsoever.

I've tried the latest stable drivers available on the NVIDIA site (320.49), and I've also tried their latest beta drivers (326.80). I also tried updating the BIOS on my video card, from 80.04.4B.xx.xx to 80.04.5C.xx.xx, as indicated here: http://www.evga.com/forums/tm.aspx?&m=1703680&mpage=1.

"Optimal" Settings:
Ambient Occlusion = High
Anti-Aliasing = 8x MSAA
Filter Mode = Anisotropic 16x
Lighting Detail = High
Post-Processing Detail = High
Reflections = High
Scene Detail = High
Shadow Detail = High

Crash-free Settings:
Ambient Occlusion = Low
Anti-Aliasing = 4x MSAA
Filter Mode = Anisotropic 4x
Lighting Detail = Low
Post-Processing Detail = Off
Reflections = Low
Scene Detail = Medium

I've also logged a support ticket with EVGA, as I'm not really sure if this is a video card issue, or a game issue. But I figured I'd post here also, in hopes that someone might have experienced the same issue, or have some level of insight into what's causing the crash.

That is the same card as I have, I have had no problems running the game full out.

I do have the a Galaxy GTX660 running as PhysX though.

Hmmm interesting, I do have my old GTX460 lying around. I'll give it a shot using that as a dedicated PhysX device.

I must also say that I have my card overclocked as well with the voltage bumped to +100, Core clock to +100 and memory clock to +200.
