Crazy Random Peds and Gang Control in Steelport

You will see few peds are enemies, enemy biker and punks, and the construction worker, will kill you, that show's how bad is this city than Stilwater.


Note: There are unknown enemies that walks strangely in the streets.

I am in love with this mod, but it takes a really long time kill someone, using melee is so much easier than using gun. Can you please reupload this mod without modifying any of the player health, and other character health ?

Great I've always wanted to see street fights in the streets, honestly, with how easy it is to buy guns and weaponry in Steelport (and the amount of random peds you can see inside of gun stores) almost everyone should be armed. Good stuff.

I'm currently using a modpack called Viper's Mod Collection that adds something like this. Sometimes, when fighting random people or carjacking, peds will fight back and even come to the aid of their friends. I been hit with more stun guns and penetrator bats than I can remember
