Custom Clothes Texture

hey everyone! i was wondering...how on earth can i mod clothes textures? i want to add some pictures from my hard drive on some clothes...how can i do it?

There are some texture tutorials in the SR3 guides subforum. Not sure if there's anything specific to clothing.
