Custom Missions? Among other things?

You can't replay missions (yet?), would it be possible to add custom missions? ls it it possible to do custom weapons? Like mod the airstrike to spawn a rain (not a burst) of missiles, or peds, because that would be awesome, ped missiles. :lol:

custom weapons is my specialty, i could make it , probably as a weapon upgrade even
