I first want to apologize heavily if im the 54232th person to ask for this (i only browsed lightly and didnt see one for custom music), but i would love if adding your own mp3's from your computer into the game was possible. Eventually "What is Love" gets old after awhile.

Well it was worth a try, gibbs tools kept not responding any time i tried extracting the sound files. Unless im doing it wrong i dont think its possible.

Is a better link for SRIV, some of the tools from the SRTT thread are outdated and have newer versions that were used in for constructing SRIV.
Just be sure to read a few posts down about the change to the batch file, I'n not sure it was updated for download or not

Afraid not. SR3 and SR4 were not designed with easy modability in mind. The capability to mod them is being added after the fact. So for the foreseeable future there is no easy way.
