Customized textures and co-op

I'm working on some player and clothing texture mods for SR3 and SR4, and I would like to know how these mods will look to a co-op player who doesn't have any mods installed. Could you tell me which textures are sent to the co-op player, and which textures are loaded from the co-op player's local copy of the game? I read a couple posts on this forum which indicate that some textures are sent to the co-op player, but it's not clear which textures.

If I have installed a custom body texture and a custom tattoo texture for my player, will a co-op partner see both of these custom texture mods on my character?

If my player is wearing clothing that contains some customized textures, will the co-op player see the modified clothing textures?

Thank you so much for your help! :)

P.S. I searched the forum and found these topics, but I just really wanted to know the official answer to this question:

So for the most part you only see what is loaded on your computer. The only time we send things over the wire are for character customization. I'm pretty sure that this is only for the baked texture for the player and I don't believe it includes their clothing, but I'll check on that(or you can try it?).

If they don't have the mod/texture and it isn't your skin/face I would assume they would see either a random texture from a different mod since we probably say it is the 7832 texture loaded and don't identify it by name or they will just see it as grey. Another thing I can check the code for later.

Thank you so much for your quick reply, Knobby!
So would it be safe to assume that tattoos become part of the baked texture for the player and are therefore sent over the wire?
Yes, I probably should try to actually make some co-op friends to help me try this out myself, but there's no substitute for finding out how it was actually designed to work. I really appreciate you looking into this for me! :D
