Ok so I was like uber excited when I got the same outfit that matt had on throughout sr3[and a small part of sr4] but i was sad to see that the outfit that you got from matt did not have that neat glow effect that matts had, I was wondering if this could be done via a mod?
EDIT: I did notice that the other two decker themed outfits"decker soldier" and "decker" have this glow effect, strange that this outfit did not.
