I don't know much about modding at all, but do have a background in game development, so I'm not a dummy, haha. But if anyone could show me how to go about changing the gang cars to something like police/swat vehicles it would be greatly appreciated.
Also, I don't suppose theres a mod to make the Saints more prominent? I never see any Saints in cars, only walking around and I have 100% of the map taken over.
