Someone requested this and it was a really quick edit. Putting it up here in case anyone else wants it.
This mod removes the dual wield upgrades for pistols and SMG's, and takes effect immediately upon loading a game save.
Note that if you have a dual wielded weapon equipped in your pistol and/or SMG slot you will need to visit your weapon cache once and change weapons for it to change them to single wield.
Install instructions:
Extract the .rar file into your SR4 root folder
If you have any other mods that use the "unlockables.xbtl" file:
1 - move that file from your SR4 root folder temporarily
2 - install this file
3 - load your game save and make sure you have no dual wielded SMG's or pistols equipped
4 - save your game and exit
5 - delete this file and put the original unlockables.xbtl file back
To uninstall:
Delete the file "unlockables.xbtl" from your SR4 root folder
Next time you load a save, the dual wield upgrades will be back and you can re-purchase them.
