Disable flagging of saves?

Can someone make a mod that the game from flagging saves whilst using cheats or can it only be done using SDK?

Look up "additional cheats" in the mod releases section. Makes it so the cheats do not flag your game save. Does not remove flags from saves if they are already there though.
