No Radial Menu v1.0

Description: removes the radial menu when selecting weapons
Installation: drop hud.str2_pc and vint_doc_containers.asm_pc into your saints row IV directory. If you're also using IdolNinja's Customize all Vehicles and Wardrobe Color Changer mod, use the asm_pc from the "customization" subdirectory or use Minimaul's tools to build your own.
Known issues: since it removes the radial menu altogether, it probably won't work very well on gamepads. I don't have one, so I couldn't test that.
Special Thanks: [v]tulip.sniper came up with the code, I just put it in the lua and packaged it.

none. You just press the hotkey (1-8 for weapons, F1-F4 for powers) and it changes right away.
