disable upgrades after purchasing them

i know a mod like this was around in sr3 so could we get one for sr4? because idk if anyone else gets annoyed by the super speed 'tornado' upgrade when you are just running down a street but i know i sure do after a while...
 
There are already several threads requesting this exact same thing.
Please include your desire for this feature in the existing threads.
