Disassemble Suits

Hello again. Have you ever wanted to wear an SPD Uniform or a Soldier Uniform, and just didn't wan't to wield that ugly hat? Well I have, and I think it's possible to create a mod that allows you to disassemble the suit. Right? Not sure, but if anybody could do this for me and others, I'd like that.

short answer, it isn't possible atm because there aren't any mesh tools
