Display vehicle image in phone

I always bugged me that when I'm choosing my vehicle from my phone, I can't see what it looks like. There's even a massive empty space on the right of the screen where the picture could be placed. I often forget what cars I have, and what they look like.

The only mod-making experience I have is on Bethsoft games, so I have no idea if this is even possible.

I don't think this will be possible as a mod, but it's a fine idea for the next iteration of the franchise which won't be as limited by the incredible memory constraints of the last console generation. I HOPE.
