SPOILERS Dlc not showing up

Hi ive pre ordered the commander & chief edition and i didn't get anything associated with it. In the game after completing the Escape mission.

Please Help.

So, if you right-click the game in Steam, hit Properties, and go to the DLC tab, is the Commander-in-Chief pack listed there?

No the Commander & Chief Dlc is not appearing in the Dlc tab and ive restarted Steam 2 times and re verified the game 2 times and it successfully Verified all the files 2 times. And its still not appearing and i have the Steam version of the game.

Did you pre-order thru Steam?

If not, did the place you pre-ordered from give you a pre-order key that you need to activate on Steam?
Check your receipt.

You'll need to talk to Steam Support to get it added, then, or to figure out what went wrong. I think you want the Steam category, since it's an account issue. https://support.steampowered.com/
