Hi there! The title essentially explains the majority of what I'm requesting:

The ability to downgrade weapons and superpowers.

If this was already requested, I apologize.

Most weapons become far too overpowered at their maximum upgrades, and some abilities (such as the Sprint's upgrade 'Tornado') are quite tedious. As some of you may remember, in SRTT you were given the ability to dual wield SMGs and Pistols. This carries over into SRIV. Personally, I prefer a single wield but while playing the game the dual wield is far more easy to work around.

So, in short, what I'm requesting: A mod that would allow you to downgrade weapons and skills.

Could be a nice feature. I for one would like to downgrade super sprint and super jump. So i have a legitimate reason to drive around all the awesome cars SR IV har to offer. And of course, tune cars with the indeph car pimpin' system
 
Or even better, the ability to TOGGLE your upgrades by clicking on them again in the power menu, rather like how the cheats system works.
