Dragon Form Outside Decker Use-Net

Has anyone made a mod that lets players play as a dragon outside the virtual world? I mean, having it as an outfit and having the weapon as an extra melee would be nice, and I really think having it as a mech would also be cool. If this mod has been made, can someone send me the link?

Well ,Robert Fulton's steamboat would never work,man was never meant to fly,the automobile would never catch on....

in fact its till not working for me for that stupid problem with the mission replay mod..oh well i'll wait when someone knows how to extrapolate this avatar and use it a s stand alone without the mission
