Easiest way to disable bullet tracers?

Does anyone know any good way to disable tracers for all weapons in the game? I figured someone experienced with SRTT tweaking might know an easy way to do this?

Delete the tracers file?

yeah i wanted to ask that my self where is the file at?

it would be better to edit weapons.xtbl to remove the tracers. look for <Tracer_Info> and remove whats in between
