We found the house with the eerie screaming in Sr2, then we found it in SRTT, now I've found it in SRIV.

It's right next to the 'Virus Injection' activity, which is how I found it. If you stand anywhere somewhat near to it, you can hear a bunch of screaming. At first I thought I could hear some mumbled voices, but Pierce was talking over them.
I'm pretty sure I'm the first one that's actually reported this Easteregg ^.^
